hey if you go into 3D side of animating, those two fields aren’t too far apart. people write scripts for that stuff all the time. :) I support you in either decision. You keep me updated, girl!I’m torn at this point, but I’m really interested in SVA’s comic arts/cartooning program. Being taught by Marvel and DC artists is definitely something I’m okay with.
Do whatever you are most passionate about! Because passion for something always stays with you. I know it’s hard to pick when you are interested in many things. I guess it comes down to what becomes more rewarding for you to pour all your passion into. But passion is key! If you got that passion, then the drive is there, and you go places!
The Congress
I must admit to being curious about this one. Especially after reading scientists playing with the idea of downloading someone’s brains into computers, and movies able to replace actors on screen with computer models.
Who knows? Imagine if the character of Indiana Jones was created and existed as a computer model, that could be animated in any numbers of movies for hundreds of years by the movie company that owns him?
Food for thoughts.
A mix of live action and animation.

nicolefx asked: A happy accident brought me along to your blog and I'm so happy I found it! Your sketching, and painting is so beautiful. Where do you study animation?
Ah, thanks so much! I go to the College For Creative Studies in lil’ ol’ Detroit. It’s a pretty good school, and I’m definitely looking forward to next year when we really get down and dirty with them animation classes!
